For over two decades, he has coached and trained countless elite performers and world champions, through to the everyday athlete wanting to increase their mobility, motivation and healthy habits. With a degree in Exercise Science, his movement methodology and holistic longevity and wellness approach have helped thousands of people become more aware of their bodies, improve their nutrition, break through plateaus in their performance and ultimately become the optimal version of themselves.
