Similarly, you can download the Studio booking app (note: this app is entirely separate to the Holistica Academy app, won’t give you access to the Holistica Academy and can only be used for attending in-person training classes at our Coolangatta studio).

Holistica Academy App

Please note – the Holistica Academy App is a separate service to our Coolangatta Studio membership and classes app.


Yes! Holistica Academy is all online so you can train anywhere in the world.

Consistency is the key, and the core ingredient to ensure your efforts are a success. Typically, our community members use the app anywhere between 3-5 times a week, 5-30+ minutes a day. We offer a multitude of training programs and videos, including short routines if you are super busy. That said, we constantly offer new routines and consistency is key.

While we aim to update the library with new content, as often as possible. New series, programs, interviews and workouts are released several times a year.

You can watch the programs and exercises on almost any device: Desktop or laptop computer iPhone and Android phone iPad and Android tablet

We’re designed for everyone – podium finishers to everyday humans alike. Regularly practicing the Holistica Academy has numerous beneifts including: better range of motion, faster recovery time, better sleep, improved athletic performance, better mental focus and greater longevity.

The academy has been designed with convenience in mind, so most of our routines require no equipment, just space to move. However, the following items can be useful to get the most from the program. >Elastic Resistance Band >Olympic Rings >Swiss Ball >Foam Roller or Tennis Balls >Dumbbells or Kettlebells

The academy is for anyone looking to improve their mobility, strength, balance, stability, co-ordination & agility as well as mindfulness practices there is something for the professional athlete through to the everyday athlete. Not just surfers either! We work people from all walks of life and all disciplines.


Absolutely, you can cancel at any time. Your access to the platform will cease upon the end of the current billing cycle (Monthly, Quarterly or Annual) and you will no longer be charged.

To end recurring payments, you will need to navigate to the platform you originally purchased your subscription from. If you have subscribed via the Apple App store, that is where you will have to cancel your subscription from. Once cancelled, you will lose access to the associated content at the end of your billing period.

Website sign ups: from the My Account Billing page, hit Cancel for that subscription or payment plan.

Once signed into your account, you can change your password by clicking My Account or Dashboard from the top navigation menu. Select Password and update your password.

On the login page, click Forgot Password, enter the email associated with your account, and click Send Instructions. The instruction email will arrive in your inbox shortly. In the instruction email, click Reset Password and you will be directed to select a new password before being redirected to the catalog page.

Once signed into your account, you can update your billing information by clicking My Account or Dashboard from the top navigation menu. Select Billing and update your billing information.

During the account sign-up process, you may have omitted the “create account” step, which is essential for linking the user email and account setup to the subscription plan.

In such cases, when users skip the “create account” step, they sign up as anonymous and are listed as unregistered users in our system.

To address this issue, please try the following troubleshooting steps to resolve.

—Step 1. Log out of the app. (you must log out before proceeding to the next steps).

—Step 2. Go to the account tab and click “Join Now”. You may also see this info if you click on any video to play.

—Step 3. On the subscription screen, click “Already a Subscriber”

—Step 4. On the Sign into your account screen click “Restore Purchase”

Part 2

In the event you receive an error message when you click “restore purchase” please screenshot and email to support@holisticph.com so we can review and correct based on the error that has been received.

The Holistica Academy Membership is shown in USD (United States Dollars) – if located outside of the United States of America you will be charged the equivalent in your billing address country’s currency. This payment will recur at the same day on the chosen frequency (e.g.monthly, quarterly, yearly).

Yes. By connecting your laptop directly to your TV with an HDMI cable, you will be able to watch videos from our site on your TV.

Yes!  Both Chromecast and Airplay are compatible with our site.  

To use Chromecast: Locate the Chromecast icon in the bottom right corner of the video you want to cast.  Click the icon and select the correct Chromecast from the pop-up in your browser.

To use AirPlay: Open the video on your apple device and click the AirPlay icon in the bottom left corner.

Video playback depends on several factors. To improve your playback experience, make sure you have a fast, stable internet connection. We recommend using the most recent version of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. You may experience playback issues with outdated devices and browsers.

While we recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome, we also support Firefox and Safari browser released within the last five years.  You may experience playback issues when using an out of date browser or any version of Internet Explorer.
