All About

The past two years have taken its toll on us all. There has been many changes in health behaviour, physical activity, and mental health. Anxiety and depression levels reached their peak during this period. 

Well this is about to change as we’ve created this incredible opportunity for you to unwind and enjoy the company of 2 legends, Thomas Carroll and Rod Perez.We will spend a great time inside of one the most beautiful places on the East Coast of Australia, Byron Bay, 

Who is
it for?

This retreat is for surfers and non surfers, basically anyone willing to relax and learn, move and connect with different people and most importantly have fun. All practices are suitable for every level of experience. 

During 4 and 1/2 days, you will lose yourself in a combination of movement flow, meditation and surf coach for those willing to surf. They are going to share great stories of surfing, travelling, coaching and provide you with great health, wellbeing and longevity tips. 

After the retreat, you will definitely feel the benefit  of the daily meditation practices, breathe work, body movement and surfing coach.

Meet the crew

Rodrigo Perez

Rod has helped and trained many surfers from pro tour athletes and groms through to the everyday athlete as well as non surfers. His Holistica movement method and surf movement has helped many of his athletes improve the way they move, become aware of their body, improve nutrition, their training and ultimately become more durable and achieve optimal longevity.

Thomas Carroll

Tom is a former professional surfer and has practiced daily meditation for over a decade. During the workshop he will be teaching you the Vedic traditions as well as simple fundamentals which can be implemented into your daily practice.
