Welcome to the tribe! 

Holistic Pro Health’s mission is to help you live a healthier lifestyle by improving your mobility, strength, stability, coordination, balance, conditioning, and breathing. We see you as a whole, not just one part. We want to improve not only your physical health but also your psychological health, by connecting both. Offering both online training as well as in studio classes we aim to get you moving well for life and make some new friends, regardless of where you are in the world.

THE CLASSES

HOLISTIC MOVEMENT

A general level class incorporating aspects from our Upper and Lower Body Sessions. A mix of flow, mobility & strength

LIFT

Specific Lifts for strength working with Kettlebells, bar bells. Develop pure strength using functional movement patterns. Learn to lift correctly using push, pull, squat & lunge patterns.

SURF MOVEMENT MIXED

By popular request, if you love early morning classes, or you are working late, we’ve added in this one hour class with the best of our Upper and Lower Body Surf Movement.

CLINICAL PILATES

A small group of 4 clients in each session. We use both the Pilates Reformer and mat based exercises to assist you in recovery from injury and other conditions. Each class is 45 minutes in length and is tailored specifically to your needs. Passes are valid for 4 classes and expire 30 days after your first session.

SURF MOVEMENT - UPPER, LOWER & MIXED

RODRIGO PEREZ

Rod has helped and trained many surfers from pro tour athletes and groms through to the everyday athlete as well as non surfers. His Holistica movement method and surf movement has helped many of his athletes improve the way they move, become aware of their body, improve nutrition, their training and ultimately become more durable and achieve optimal longevity.


MEET THE INSTRUCTORS

THOMAS

I’m Thomas Carvalho, but you can call me Tommy. I am a professional surfer, a student of Sport and Exercise Science at Southern Cross University, and a coach at Holistic Pro Health Performance. I’m extremely passionate about enhancing one’s potential in & out of the surf using body movement and a holistic approach. Let’s get it!

MEET THE INSTRUCTORS

ANNA

From a young age, I was captivated by human performance, wanting to beat my brothers in various competitions. I wanted to beat my brothers and get the best out of my own body. This passion led me to study Human Kinetic Technology. During my bachelors, I got introduced to surfing and surf lifesaving, which lead to me competing in ultra-endurance board paddle races, including the biggest of all races, the yearly 220 km.

I then went on to do a Masters in Human Movement Sciences, focusing on biophysics in sports. During this, I started coaching athletes one-on-one and became Dutch champion in surf lifesaving. After graduating, I set up a Strength and Conditioning program specialised on water sport athletes and coached national surf and stand-up paddle athletes to winning medals.
